Residential Site Manager Minimum Requirements

*All Applicants Must Pass a Background Screening Prior to Employment*

 

• Office/Property Manager
   
  
  • Experience Always Preferred but Not Necessary.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Must be Capable of Signing Contracts, Appearing
    in Court, and Operating Power Equipment.
  • Basic Math Skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ideal Applicants Would Also be Organized, Have
    Excellent People Skills, an Eye for Detail, and be
    Self Motivated.

• Maintenance/Grounds Manager
   
  
  • Experience Always Preferred but Not Necessary.
  • Must be Capable of Signing Contracts, Appearing
    in Court, and Operating Power Equipment.
  • 10th to 12th Grade Education or Equivalent.
  • Ideal Applicants Would Also be Organized, Have
    Excellent People Skills, a Calm Demeanor, be Self
    Motivated, and be Able to Inspire Trust.
  • Duties Will Include: Light Plumbing Repairs, Drywall
    Repairs, Interior Painting, and Grounds Keeping.
