The Neel Management Team, Inc. has been in the business of managing affordable multifamily apartments since 1996. Daniel Dizney has been involved with affordable housing since 1984. The Neel Management Team, Inc. specializes in the management of LIHTC (section 42 Tax Credit), HOME, HUD, and USDA-RD financed apartment complexes. NMT Inc. has been successful in leasing up newly constructed projects, bringing properties back into agency compliance and returning abused properties back to a decent, safe and sanitary condition.

Attached is a listing of all apartment complexes NMT, Inc. currently manages. In addition, NMT, Inc. has provided consulting services for two USDA Rural Development (formerly Farmers Home Administration) complexes.

The Neel Management Team, Inc. Corporate Office is computer linked with Washington DC to transmit certification information on the projects that have USDA Rural Development funding. This was a pilot program just a few years ago and The Neel Management Team, Inc. was one of the original firms in the country to transmit certifications via this now standard method.
